Protection of personal data
According to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, it is informed that the personal data provided will be processed by the General Directorate of Taxes for the purpose of processing and resolving administrative procedures.
The Responsible for data processing is the owner of the General Directorate of Taxes.

The purpose of the processing of the collected data is the processing and resolution of administrative procedures, for which the data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from that purpose and the processing of the data. The provisions of the regulations on archives and documentation shall apply.
The legal basis of this treatment is found in Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax.
The categories of recipients to whom the data will be communicated will be Public Administrations and jurisdictional bodies in the exercise of their competences. Under no circumstances will there be any transfer of data to third countries.
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and opposition and portability of the data, when applicable, before the General Directorate of Taxes, at the electronic address:
